This guarantee covers issues such as:

- Dashboard technical failures that prevent access to core features
- Failure to deliver promised temporal analytics outputs
2. Monthly Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds within the first 7 days of the billing cycle if you experience technical issues with the API or dashboard that prevent normal use of the service.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not available for:

- Change of mind after the refund period has expired
- Subscription renewals (must be canceled before renewal date)
- Services already consumed beyond the refund eligibility window
- Violation of our Terms of Service
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned via the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the Services until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be applied
- Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
8. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges

9. Chargeback Policy
We encourage users to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is under review. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
